So tonight was the smashing of our first dreamworld dynamis, Buburimu. A 20-man alliance all entered the zone, most iffy if we be able to win on our first run, but alas. We waved at Apocalyptic Beast as he came running in and served him up a can of kickass! Great times were had by all, and a very happy endgame leader did we have. Congratulations need to go out to Cyclopes, who picked up his [Valor Cape], Llonheart on his [Valor Gauntlets -1] and Tennoken on his [Scout's Belt]. The efts were vary giving this time, but still! More AF next time! On a side note, I have 25/25 of points needed for Superior Private Assault rank.... but I cannot find the Warhorse Hoofprint! I've been looking since Monday  and it sucks!! I'm also 18.6k into my 20k needed for Paluwahn body so I'll have that Monday as well then we onto Lebros Caverns! Other then that, finished my paladin to 60 so now I can wear all that sexy AF and started working on my puppetmaster a little more. PUP is awesome and I really hope to continue having fun with it.

So after a month off the game I have returned! It wasn't the most fun month I can tell you!  There always seems to be so much going on I can hardly stand it! I finished Zilart Missions and Chains of Promathia, took a bit of a break and now I'm starting Treasures of Aht Urghan hardcore. I can't believe Wings of the Goddess has been out for almost a year too. Damn. Seems like it was just yesterday SCH and DNC were talk of the town. Now it's Mystic weapons and ZNMs. My assault static has started back up, hitting full-force with Illrusi Atoll. We plan to max our rank, and with a dedicated twice a week setup, I feel confident we can do it. The end of the month hopefully starts our delve into ToAU missions and if that wasn't enough, The end of October both marks Incubus' first CoP Dynamis Run, but also our first stab at Dynamis Lord! We have come a long way since the group who suffered at the hands of defeat in Windurst. We've gained alot of badasses and lost some dear friends along the way, but we've continued to smash on. We went from a 12-man team to a 36-man team in Sea. Tonight we had a full 18-man alliance for Omega Weapon, which was amazing in itself. As things continue to pull together, I'll continue to plow through the game, head on. After ToAU we start Nyzul Isle Assault full-time. I can only hope I'm read for Askar and Ryunohige!

So finally SquareEnix did something completely amazing: they made level sync. The first thing I did upon getting on the game for a little while was go level in Crawler's Nest on my 57 PLD in a party at level 36 with a 75 RDM, 75 SAM, 65 WAR, 63 DRK and 36 BLM. Surprisingly even with my 57 gear I was still getiing rocked around with crawlers and the exp was not much greater then what you would make a that lvl with a group of 36s. Still it wa spretty cool. Later that evening we took a troop to the dunes, me on 10 PUP, 75 WHM, 19 PUP, 38 BLM, 65 WAR, 14 THF and I made 5 levels in 5 hours. Overall the level sync system is effective, and although it allows you to lvl with virtually anyone, I'm wondering how it will effect people who seek for party regularly while they level instead of staticing. I would like to see multiple seek search messages or a longer search message base so players could list what jobs they would like to lvl and what lvl those jobs are currently at. Commodore's set looks promising. I will have to get a few pieces and try it out. I was impressed with the stats on the pants especially. And the AF+1 is outstanding. I can't wait to run a few limbus and start putting that set together. Overall with what I've seen the September Version Update was a big success. I'm amazed with level sync and will hope to see more and more use out of it in the near future.

So Otakon has come and gone (which was awesome by the way~) and I've gotten back into the swing of things as a full-time endgamer. Busted out some assaults in a static, been leveling my paladin steadily with Falastor and Dathus, and begun attending limbus and dynamis again regularly. I'm SO excited about Corsair AFv2 it's not even funny! Last night I got my crimson hands which means I'm one step closer to rocking out my COR but now I'm estatic to see what the new gear will be like! Don't dissapoint me SE!!!

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to all my friends on and off the game and around the world for that matter who have understood that my life has been crazy lately and who have supported me for it. To Falastor, Aeisu and Dathus who have taken tme out of their busy endgame scheldule thank you for hanging out with me. My new friends, Kenser and Harlie, thanks for being a couple of new girls in a linkshell with a 2women 45 men ratio! You help bring balance back to the force. ^^ To my girl on DA and friend of art, Petisu (aka AAAGH) THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE SUPPORT!!! She draws me such wonderful gifts. (The two black and whites on my profile page were drawn by her). And to Lide as well because her pictures always make me smile. To Shaun and my brother JC who have taken time off FFXI to help out with the convention and my dad who built wooden replica cosplay swords for us as well, I appreciate all the effort put in to make this Otakon great. Thank you so much! I'll be back full time after the convention is over. If I survive my birthday (the 8th) and my cosplay in one piece! And OMG COR AFv2~! Congrats to all those with BLU, PUP and COR lvled who are as excited about new dynamis changes as I am. 
So today marks my one year mark on MyFFXI! When I look back at all the stuff that's happened since now and then it's kinda crazy. In the last year I've: - Finished DRG to 75
- Finished COR to 75
- Killed Ose 24 times with a 3/24 ratio
- Finished Rise of the Zilart and gotten sky access
- Finished Chains of Promathia and gotten sea acess
- Finished Treasures of Aht Urghan to Mission 22 and gotten Assault/Salvage access
- Gotten Rank 10 San d'Oria
- Joined and left Midnight Rain
- Joined and left Wandering Trupa Tricks
- Joined Incubus
- Gotten some great gear and made some great friends!
Yes, I am a 75 Dragoon. Yes, I am a 75 Corsair. When asked which I like to play more, the answer is simple: Dragoon. When asked what is more benefitial to my endgame ls, the answer is: Corsair. If I could CHOOSE what job I would like to play more, the answer is DRAGOON. Please don't assume, that just because I AM a 75 CORSAIR that I WANT to play it 24/7. Because you would be DEAD WRONG. I am now 2/5 Homam pieces, head and feet now. Which makes me happy. But you know, when I'm pimping out a job that to me, is badass, please don't just be like, 'you love both your jobs, you never come to events as dragoon, why gear it?' But....Incubus, yes our new endgame is called INCUBUS!!! is a very awesome endgame and we have tons of healers and supports. So I CAN run my DRG again and go to events as it. And my desire to get great gear on COR pales in comparison to my desire to max out my DRG. Trust me, my DRAGOON is here to stay and the only thing your wasting by telling me otherwise is your time and your breath. 
For those who have noticed my absensce, do not fret, I am NOT leaving or quitting the game. This time of year is very busy for me for two reasons; 1- My birthday is coming up and we have party plans. 2- Otakon 2008 is the weekend OF my birthday and I've been working my ass off on my cosplay costume, which is Byakuya from Bleach. It's almost done btw and looks good so far :3 But never the less I will be back on the game as soon as possible and back to my endgame business. Its taken me a lot of time and effort with Akhail and I hope to return to his side and smash shit with him very soon! 
So for the past three months, our linkshell leader and his wife have been pretty much MIA on the game and to events, which ya know is understandable when he starts a new job and they have two kids to take care of. We all really didnt think much of it when he got online for like maybe an hour or less and then be gone again, at least I didn't, but I found it rather annoying when he'd actually get on for an event and talk like he was still at the top of the list for gear when he had no clue what was going on for weeks. Or when he'd get on, and skip going to an event to craft or farm. Well, Wednesday night he made it official; him and his wife were leaving the shell. He said it was because he no longer had the time to play or to be able to lead a linkshell as a leader, which was a respectable answer. The only one he gave us that night. He followed to say that WTT had carried on without him this far and we would continue to carry on without him now. Then he gave us the killer part: he and his wife were transferring to Ifrit in ten minutes and if we wanted to talk to him again we'd better friend list him. It all happened so fast no one asked or questioned what was going on, though a lot of us were sitting there in shock. Some of the leaders in WTT were good RL friends of our shell holder, and they had no idea how to respond to what was happening. People said their goodbyes and goodluck. I watched all this happen from Eji's screen as I wasnt logged in at the time, but I really felt no desire to say goodbye. Fattkidd was my friend and he was deserting us. He'd made up his mind and the only thing that was going to come out of my mouth at the time were things he didnt want to hear. So as the ls chat finally filled with goodbyes and Fatts and Ani finally took their leave, an entire weight of uncertainty dropped over all of us. With our shell holder now on Ifrit, we had no way to expand our shell anymore. And with them gone, taking approximately 16 million worth in Dynamis Currency with them, it was apparent WTT had two options; crumble from this and break shell, or form a new one. The members however, as shocked as we all were, did not chose to fall apart. We had become stronger then that, closer then that. Yes Fatts and Ani were our leaders, and more so our friends, but surprisingly despite the changes it seemed just like any other member leaving the linkshell. The game still went on, the other still hung out, did things and we still ran events. And so we decided, that fuck being left behind. We were going to leave WTT behind too. So we picked a new name, and a new pearl, and a new leader. Cid will run things from now on. Somehow I'm more content with Cid leading then I was with Fatts. Our pearlsacks will pick up their places and we will step out of teal blue and into silver. WanderinTrupaTricks became something completely different. But nothing really changed. Because we're still a family at heart. The official changing of linkshells will happen Sunday night before Kirin in sky. I'll post pictures of it after.
