PART IV: Obama Wins Election, Becomes Sun Goddess, Not President (Fun Read)

Congratulations, Barack Hussein Obama! You won the vote! Hope you're ready in Janunary to begin your term as...the sun goddess Amaterasu, whose duties include not so much leading a nation as they do drawing bridges, sprouting flowers and carrying midgets around on your head. Oh, and giving 30-minute speeches you can't skip...

Artist's Comments from Spacecoyote:

"I should've been working on my comic instead of drawing this, and I never express my political views, but history was made tonight and I felt it was more important than work.

I believe whether you support Obama or not, the fact that a black man was able to become President of the United States should be celebrated.

Especially one whose footsteps produces a trail of flowers wherever he goes."

(Okami box art parody. Created with ink and bamboo brush, Copic markers, and Photoshop.)

lol'd @the cloud/seph fanfic. lol Pretty neat that they're opening up their job opening to the gamer public, though. Thinking now if they made their give-away PC XP and noted it as such there would probably be so many more entries, sadly. lol
