So, June 17th, 2008..  A Dragoon by the name of Mitsunari finally steps up to the plate to take on Maat.  All things were fine, until the orichalcum knight fell to his knees.

It sucks, really.  Friends helped me farm my testimony, and I was hell-bent on taking on Maat as early as possible.  LV67 comes, my testimony arrives, I'm fully geared out.. I go to him, and while in battle, I die.

How? Well, I didn't use the Sleeping Potions + Opo Opo Necklace method.  Why?  Because I was hellbent on breaking the record.  What was the record?  2 minutes and 5 seconds.  There's no way, that person could've used the SP+OON (hey, it spells spoon XD) method in that amount of time..  so apparently what I WAS doing, he did too.  The only difference?  He did it at LV70 (I know the guy personally).  I'm 3 lvls below.

But, no, get this.  I panicked during the fight, and after laying off a Penta Thrust, and Jump/High Jumping.. I forgot one last thing to do.. and that was use Spirit Surge.  I somehow.. forgot.  And.. while I went straight to it to use it.. RIGHT when I pressed enter.. I fell over and fainted.

Most depressing day of my FFXI career.
