Not a lot to write about. My cat is driving me nuts because he wants to be outside and has to be inside all the time now due to his condition. It's meow meow meow meow raah raah reeow row row meow every 2 hours or so for a good 5 minutes solid before he finally gives up and goes lays down in the shower.

He's messing up the blinds too by sticking his head out the window. -.-

Anyway on to ffxi stuffs. PureJade came in 7th in the last circuit race. It's only her second one and I didn't expect to win every time, but geez. To go from first to 7th? That's just odd. Makes me wonder if it really matters what you do. My choco had SS str and SS end for that race and had a speed apple to boot. Yet a chocobo with mediocre stats took the crown. She did manage to win the Kokopoko cup or whatever it's called in the official races today though. Netted me 5.5k but I'm out of chocobucks to run official races on so It'll be free runs only for the next few days. She made second in her free run today. Got beaten by a Galka. Oh... the shame...

Which makes me think Galka should have their own sort of mount. I mean really. That's just gross. At least Elvaan chocobo are larger.

Speaking of Elvaan~

I sort of feel bad for mah hubby and his pretty boy. He has RDM and BLM leveled up but they're both insanely popular jobs in endgame. I'm bound to get AFv2 for my DRG way before he has anything for his RDM. Yet because of the way endgame shells are... you know the ohmagad there shall be onleh one or you're so totally banned!!! Well, because of that, how's he supposed to get any of that gear. I really wish SE would add an EG experience for those of us out there who don't have tons of huge friends and really don't want the EGLS drama. I mean sure they added stuff that smaller groups can do. But its still not the same. What about the couples and trios out there who basically only have each other to rely on? I think that sums up me and Sati's status in this game nicely.

Maybe one day there will be some sort of room for us on the endgame scene where we actually have an equal shot at some goodies. :/

One can only hope. Or dream~
