Was a somewhat eventful day. Eventful as in I died a few times on my main, but it was fun deaths at least.

Sillabub got Utsusemi:ichi at last. Oh and I died playing her too. Got agro'd by a doggone skeleton on the way back when sneak wore in a very bad spot. I ran as fast as I could even with flee and made it all the way to the Norg zone where a crab got a nice hit and KO'd me as I was zoning. So since Norg obviously has this no ded ppl alowed, kthx policy, I got spewed back out of the zone. Luckily Satimasu came and raised me and I finished the quest. I also picked up what scrolls i could afford there. So now Sillabub is broke, but at least she should be able to lvl NIN with no problem once some of my au laits sell and she can buy some tools.

Meanwhile, Sati and I gave Up in arms a go. It is duoable by a RDM/WAR and DRG/mage. But since neither of us were experienced in this role reversal (him tank-kiting) it was rough going. Hate control was an issue and on the last one he ran outta mp and couldnt get the hate back even with provoke for some reason. The first fight my wyvern got smacked and I didn't have the recast ready for 8 mins. So we're learning from our mistakes. Hopefully when we get our strategy down, it'll be just in time for that sea monk to decide it wants to drop a Kraken club for us. ;)

So my next goal is to make some gil and see about snagging myself a emperor's hairpin. I'd camp the empress hairpin but since I'm sure my other chars would need it the rare/ex isn't really going to do me a lot of good. Unless I camp it on all my characters which would be difficult given Sillabub and Rughadjeen's levels. So I guess its fishing time for me. :3
