Hello everyone, first off nobody needs to read this. I just had to rant about everything I seen in game for the past month that has been irritating me lately.

I’m tired of players boasting. You know the ones who think they are better than everyone or ones who have to shove things in your face. Some don’t even know they are doing it. Now when someone says to me…

…What the ???? Just be happy that the person won a mission. Who cares if my party had trouble and took a bit to beat the dragon. A simple Congratulations will do. No need to say we sucked, just be happy for us for winning. CoPs are hard.

Next… stop asking me why I don’t have any endgame linkshells and been playing for two years. Well I don’t have time to make it to all your events. Some of us have jobs and real life issues to deal with. I love this game a lot and I play it to get away for real life or just to relax from work. I have been invited to many Sky and Dynamis LS’s and I have been to a total of 4 Sky runs and 1 Dynamis run in 2 freaking years. Just because I can never make your events you have scheduled during the times I work. But when I do show up, I’m on time 30 minutes early and I stay for the whole dam thing. I see players all the time go to a pop NM event but then they got to go all of a sudden after they get a good drop but not stay to the end of a run to help their fellow LS members get their drop items. I was helping a LS do a O-hat run and seen this happen, I was not part of the LS but I stayed for 7 hours until it ended from start to finish and got 14 O-hats for various players. FYI, I didn’t get a hat, I was just there to help.

The dynamis lot thing is stupid. Well for me it is. When I did that 1 run I saw a WHM relic drop but I wasn’t allow to get it because I didn’t have any points. Ummm ok how the hell am I going to get points if you guys keep scheduling these events on the days I work? (It doesn’t matter what dynamis LS I join or was invited too join. They seem to be all the same.) Looks like I be at the bottom of the lot list forever.

I for one would like to see everything this game has to offer but how am I suppose to get there? Some people say that I should SHOUT for missions I need done. Well I tried that. I’m a little disappointed at some of the higher up players. Well I stopped shouting for help. Why? Well because of the shouts I get back, like this one…

…I was shouting for like an hour. All I got was a bunch of “LOL”s after that’s. How does a player advance in this game if people act like ass holes? It’s the same thing when I shout that I am teleporting people for gil. Some of you higher ups have forgotten how it was like as a lower level player. Forgotten your roots and become snobs. That is why I made the Silent Ghosts Linkshell. A linkshell with 90% mentors dedicated to helping all players when we can.

Now speaking of helping players, I usually have my Mentor flag up. I get all kinds of questions from all types. It makes me feel good to help someone new to the game. Well yesterday a player asked me this…

…WHAT THE FUCK!!! I have not issued that LS order # 187 on a player in like 8 months. I don’t need ???ing new people joining our game just to have ???ing cyber sex. Get the ??? out of our game!! My LS order # 187 is the Silent Ghosts Banishment Order, telling all members to B-list a player and give no aid what so ever. Like if you see that player dead, he gets no raise, no cures, no help.

Anyway I go around helping people all the time. But sometimes I get screwed. Like this example… I’ll go coffer hunting solo and I run into another player who is doing the same thing. The player would ask me to help find because we are doing the same thing. I’m like ok we can help each other and the other player agrees. So we find the coffer and that player uses the key. Ok cool it my turn… but what the ??? does he do…warps. I ask why are you not staying to help. (no reply) It took me another 5 hours to find another coffer.

I guess another thing I’m sort of jealous about but should not be is how others get so lucky. Like new players already passing me up. I have a friend who just beat CoPs and he only been playing for 6 months and I’m still on CoP 4-3 and I’ve been playing 2 years now. Well Congratulations, but don’t expect me to shout for help so I can catch up. I simply don’t care anymore about story line even though I would like to finish them and get some uber gear. All I care about now is helping those in need of help. If any of you see me doing a mission anymore, it’s because someone asked the Silent Ghosts LS to help. The only other linkshell that recognizes our help is the all SMN LS, Shikigami Weapon. Anyway thanks for reading if you got this far…

On a side note, my right foot is in pain in real life because I kicked my desk by accident which leads to this rant in the first place. My next blog is scheduled for December 26^th, something to do with GM Santa…
