Over the last past weeks things have gotten interesting sorta. I have probably found myself pointing out the stupidity in most of my players in my Linkshell and the way I say it or type it it comes across negatively and look like the bad leader. I've have fought with 2 members of my current LS than I have in a while, especially when they can't get their heads out their own ass it aggaivates me. I'm just glad one of them rarely shows up to events.
Anyhow, Aphy and I have decided to start a LS Salvge group earlier this week so I'm trying to get good players together and work on that. I'll probably be leading since I have the most experience and have beaten all the chariots when some people haven't even beaten one due to poor leadership. I'm curious how it turns out. I REALLY hope things turn out for the better and we can get things done. I'm tired of hoping from salvage group to another with minimum results. Since Aphy had RL things to deal with I lead about 50% of our Dyna all by myself, it was nice to see who was taking charge besides me and how we all worked together when they actually listened for once, that made me glad. I got to 73 DRK a couple night ago but for some reason I can't seem to get a party so I can finish this job off and work on merits and zerg gear, that part is annoying. >< Doing northlands on Sat, hopefully this time we'll get the clear for those that need it and some shiny new AF! Besides that I see personally I have work to do as a person leading others but on the other hand I'm enjoying the results when people listen to the leaders for once.
