Anyways, so we helped my cousin get is PLD testimony last night. How is it that when you're just out farming random things or doing other stuff that requires the slaughter of testimony mobs, said items drop in spades, but when you're actually out there lookin for one, there's not a one to be found. I know we spend well over 4 hours hunting for one.

Oh well, I got some skillups on staff.

And yes I'm skilling up staff on DRG. A) cause its fun and B) cause I don't care. :3 Plus the staff Sati got me looks so cool. :D

Our linkshell is getting some new members now. After being basically only me and Sati on it for so so long, it's a litttle weird having other people on the shell. When my cousin started playing, it took a little getting used to having another person to join in your conversations. The new people seem nice. As I understand it one of them is playing on his wife's account until she starts playing and he'll get his account back. I'm not sure of the specifics but along with the other semi-regulars we actually have a handful of good folks.

I just hope it doesn't end up like one of the other members we had, who basically took all our help and ran with it. She(he, heck its a guy playing a girl but he acts like a woman to me, so who knows) now seems to think they the be all, end all of white mage greatness and since they(that's neutral... right?) don't need us anymore they never come on the shell. And yet the go on to other forums posting about how they can never get help with stuff now or how hard it is for them to get help with things.

Well I'm not helpin him anymore. Her. It. They. Whatever. And after stuff like that its hard to dish out help to new players again. Helping folks out and never hearing from them again gets kinda old. I dunno how Sati does it.

But I think I ranted on that before. Moving on...

Finally managed to snag a pair of moccasins and get those White Mage boots. They're pretty ugly. 6.6; Come to think of it most gear that's worth getting is ugly in this game. I guess form and function can never live in harmony where SE is concerned. And its not just FFXI either. I mean, have you SEEN the way Kaim looks in some of those accessories in Lost Oddyssey? 9.9;

Too bad you can't mod Dats from that game. Oooh~ the possibilities..... *hums*
