The Great Wark
Posted On August 23, 2008 08:36 PM by Kyleet

In recent news... my space bar is acting up... by the way how DO you clean out a laptop keyboard. I've tried the air can thing and whatever is stuck under this space bar or whatever is making it only count part of the time just isn't coming out.

I suppose an update is in order for the dozens that read this. :3 Not that there's much new. I've been working on NPCs still. I had a theory about equipment changes being related to their style and weapon that you gave them but that's not holding as much water as it used to now that Sillabub's NPC can't seem to decide between Heavy and Light armor. Although it seems vaguely based on his job type (Shield) he's been going through the tank-looking armors like R.K. Chainmail and Mythril Breastplate. But then he threw on a Kenpogi out of nowhere. And this is without changing areas and with the place being under the same country's control.

I wonder if anyone really knows how to get their npcs wearing what they want them to anymore. And it really sucks that they made the swimsuits not work on them after the event ended. That's the whole sole reason I got the HQ swimsuit on Sillabub. -.- Not like she's going to Purogurnogabapokemon beach anytime soon.

Or ever.

Blah. Doom on them for that. I hope they consider changing it back.

They also need to consider letting people buy scrolls of instant-Retrace for AN. There's not really anything for a DRG to spend AN on from any country cept recharging my sprint shoes. And I don't use them that much cause I forget I have them most of the time 9.9;

So... anyone got a motorola Razr? Silly question maybe but is it normal for the battery to die so often? It seems like I always have to have it on charger. I wonder if I have a defective phone. It's worse than my old one even and that one was pretty bad. The guy said that they could be temperamental if you don't charge them a full 24 hours after getting them. But that wasn't really an option when we got them. Since then I know I've left it on the charger at least that long though and its still seems to lose its charge very quickly.

It also just cut me off from hubby. I got it cause it has a better camera than the LGs do. And I don't like LG much. Not after that PoS they sold us last time we got upgrades.

That and the Hello Moto ringtone is just soo cute. N'awww.

Maybe I shoulda went with the samsung hubby got, but we had identical phones last time. Good for sharing chargers. Not so good when trying to find your phone and end up finding his. :3

Storming here. Again. So I'm done for now before the transformer blows again. Its so annoying. It flickers a lot ever since the transformer went out. So when it storms I can't even play 360 cause when the power flickers it makes the 360 do a fakeout ring of dewm. I'm scared that if that happens too much it won't be fake anymore.

And its happened a lot lately. Even before Fay got here. The power company needs to fix the transformer. -.- Don't we pay enough for it? Geez. Stupid FL and its stupid power companies. Doom on them.

And on my space bar! D8

PS: The title is from a nice almost-mistyped comment by someone in our Dyna LS last night. It made me laugh. :3 I'll just leave it at that for now.

Complicashuns! Not WANT! D8

Geez I know I'd screw that up. Maybe I'll just um.. turn it upside down and shake it? :B That's probably a bad idea too. But its not buggin me as bad as it was before.

With most keyboards, if you use something like a butterknife, you can pry the key off and clean the area. I've had to clean my keyboard, and that's how I do it. After you're done, snap the key back into its place. Make sure you're not clicked on anything though, because it'll make the key insert commands when you try to click it back in.

That works for laptops too? I'm always so hesitant to do anything to this thing that requires removing parts. It's so sensitive! 9.9;

That whole "charge yer fonez fer 24hours" business was pretty outdated info as far as I know. It's supposedly for older nickel batteries because they expand or some crap during charging, but I don't think that they've used them for awhile. lol

Maybe you can try to change some settings to reduce the battery usage? If it has settings like bluetooth or any kind of wireless connection that can be turned off, you'll usually want to turn'em off until you need them. Other than that, stuff like screen brightness, music features, playing games, internet use or even just talking on it a lot can use the battery up! lol

Yeah I thought it was pretty outdated too but I guess I'll try it. I mean it barely holds charge for a few hours even when I'm not using it. Then when I get a call, it dies. Also when I go to charge it up it only takes roughly 15 minutes (from complete deadness) to say it's finished charging. It then stops charging and all the little lights go off. >.>; Just wondering if I have a defective product here or if Razrs are usually this weird.
