Limbus on Sunday was kinda boring. We did Central Temenos - 1st Floor (I think that's the one), with the three pairs of mobs (pot/weapon, ghost/skeleton, dragon/ahriman). I was told to go BLU again, too. Was a very quick run, with 3 coins for everyone (we had like 16 people I think). Nyzul Assault on Sunday night was shitty. We kept having horrible luck. We did get a 2nd Denali body, though, which was freelot. I ended up winning it, too. Too bad I can't use it yet on my THF (could use it on BLU, but why would I want to? >.>). :P I skipped Dynamis on Monday, because I really didn't feel like playing in general, let alone Dynamis. I didn't play much FFXI this week, really. Mostly just been talking with Jen Jen on teh phone, and reading fanfics and starting a new file on Chrono Cross and just random shit in general. I did do Ovens Lost on Monday morning though, and look at what I got from my Miratete page! o.O;



I mean, I knew it was technically possible, but that was the first time I've ever seen it actually happen (and I'm the type who gets at least 2 per week and has been for a couple years!). Anyway, Limbus on Wednesday was, much as I hate to quote FFX-2, disasteriffic. We did Apollyon SW (the fomor, treant, mimic, elemental zone), and right at the beginning, we ended up getting blood aggro from like the entire floor pretty much, and wiped. Because of that, we were pressed for time the rest of the run. We skipped the treant floor (thankfully the treant that opens the portal to the next floor was right at the start, and didn't pop any mobs), and got quite lucky on the mimic floor. We got only like 2 or 3 mimics, and found the benediction chest, the item chest, and the time chest. We cleared most of the elemental floor, but we did hafta skip a few and open the final chest to avoid timing out. The chest itself gave us 2 THF items, so I got one of them, since no one else wanted them. Sadly, we only had enough coins for one each. So now I have 8 coins and the Apollyon item; I need 12 more coins and the Temenos item to upgrade my THF feet.

Last night we got decently lucky in Nyzul. We came across this guy twice:



Though his ??? Bows appraised to a Light Crossbow and a Longbow respectively. ;/ He's a lot easier in Nyzul than in Gustav, I must say. We also killed a Steelfleece Baldarich, but his ??? Shield appraised to an Elm Shield. :P Our first run, we got Cerberus (I swear we get him about twice as much as the other 2 combined), who dropped a Goliard Saio. Trippy won the lot on it. Our 2nd run, we got Hydra, who also dropped a Goliard Saio... I think that one went to Nugo. On our 3rd run, we got Khimaira, who ALSO DROPPED GOLIARD. That one went to Friskie I think. Then finally, on our 4th run, we got Khimaira again, who dropped Askar! AND I GOT IT! :D :D :D I am quite happy, though I'm sure that now our next 2-3 runs we'll get no drops after going 4/4 last night. >.>;
