i started my training again in karate............... it hurts lol^^ but good hurt. i been punching wood bot to start steel again^^ my katas need some work, just alil work nothing big. i think i remeber all the steps^^ so far doin 250 push-ups and 500 sit-ups. i wanna get back to 400 push-ups and 800sit-ups. might take bot a month but will get there. not a big kicker but working on footwork atm. my hand are not that bad just need to start hitting steel again. then the hard thing punching thro paper that is not easy. you might think PAPER weak ass but nooooooooo paper is harder then steel lol. you try to put 1 sheet of paper up and let it hang there, then try to punch thro it........................................................ yea not easy right lol. but feels realy good to start up again^^ trying to find some 1 to train with to help me stay in the mood. i'll let u know if im back up to where i wanna be wish me luck^^ thank you and take care
